- The information you enter in the request form: name, practice or company, email, phone, country, postal code, need, number of chairs and message.
- Technical browsing data required for the website to function, and cookies according to your choice (see the Cookies page).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request, advising you and sending you a quotation: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Entrusting your installation or maintenance request to the official Cattani dealer in your region: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in serving you as locally as possible. The dealer receives only the information relevant to your request.
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest.
4. Recipients
Your data is never sold. It is processed in AxeMed's management software (Odoo S.A., Belgium) and, where your request requires it, passed on to the relevant official Cattani dealer.
5. Retention period
- Requests not followed up: no more than 3 years after the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records (legal obligation).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]; we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, service providers selected for their level of security.
